Nicole began work with us in 2008 on the Short Feature ACTION JUNKIES where she stared as KIM in the film. Her excellent performance of a girl caught between two cut-throat card players in the underground world, gave the film and character a true sense of realism.  Following this film, Nicole starred in the short film “SMOOCH?” which was made for the 140 Second Film Festival sponsored by the NJFA. Playing the character of herself in the two and a half minute short, at the end of a blind date, true thoughts are revealed and body language is not always what the other person actually thinks it is. The film took Best In Fest at the close of the 2009 festival. Nicole is an excellent actress and an inspiration to work with. We hope to do many future projects in the future with Nicole.

Jesse Pianelli started his entertainment career at the age of 15 with his band For Pete’s Sake. For three years they played all around New Jersey and gained large popularity, after which the band dissolved to pursue college educations. In his junior year of high school, at Middletown High School South, Jesse played the lead role of Freddie in the musical “Chess” for which he won an award for Best Actor at the Bucks County Playhouse. In his senior year, he portrayed Tommy in the rock opera “Tommy” written by The Who. Aside from acting, Jesse writes and performs his own music and has written and produced music for shows on UBATV.com. He is currently attending Brookdale Community College and studying marketing. Jesse would like to thank his family, his girlfriend Lauren, and especially his mother, Jill Pianelli, for supporting him in all his endeavors.

Jesse stared as MATT in the short feature, “ACTION JUNKIES”. With the untimely departure of the prior actor cast in the  lead role, we found Jesse at the eleventh hour with two days to go until the start of principal photography. Jesse stepped right in to the project and made the lead character his own. His portrayal of the underdog with something to prove was the perfect on screen presentation that brought life and depth to this role as it was meant to be portrayed. Along with acting in the project, Jesse contributed to the music score with an original piece played over his phone call scene with TRIP at the climax of the film. He further contributed to the film by securing the main restaurant location at the start of the film, AJ PIZZLE'S, owned and operated by his family in Matawan, NJ.

He would like to thank John Cafaro & Craig Cohen, and the entire cast of “ACTION JUNKIES” for making this experience as fun and as memorable as possible.

Daniel Leed (a.k.a: “Deeds”) was born on Staten Island, New York. At the age of 10, Deeds and his family moved to Freehold, New Jersey. With an outgoing personality and a taste for performance, he was always one to hop in front of the camera to entertain people and make them laugh. He started acting in plays early on and upon graduating from middle school, Deeds' passion quickly jumped to music. After a couple of years playing in various local bands, he finally found his musical partners in The Mixtape.

While his music career was beginning to take form, he suddenly rediscovered his passion for acting and a new passion for writing and directing. Deeds joined up with some friends and they created People with Problems. http://www.facebook.com/l/b4e1a;www.peoplewithproblems.com/pwp With this group, they would make any kind of video they found enjoyable ranging from comedy skits, shorts, car videos, “Jackass-type” stunts and full length movies. Deeds has currently written two full length screenplays and plans to one day film and direct them.

Deeds met John and Craig after they had originally cast his former band mate in the lead role of MATT in “ACTION JUNKIES”. After this actors  departure from the project, John and Craig continued to stay in contact with Deeds who agreed to work on the crew of the upcoming project. When the lead actor playing the character of ZANE dropped off of the project, the role was offered to Deeds who graciously accepted and embraced the role as his own. His outstanding performance in the film created an unforgettable and memorable character and added to the overall success of the project. Deeds' performance of ZANE, the eccentric and unpredictable bookie, was portrayed with exactly the right balance of drama and comedy which was a true testament to Dan's acting ability. Dan's band, The Mixtape, added to the music score of the film with the track: "In Between the Thought and Emotion" from their self titled album, released in late 2009. Deeds is also featured playing drums on the opening credits title track of the film and on the "Broadway Rick" track in the band Nocturnal Admissions.

Currently, Deeds is working with his band The Mixtape and preparing for a summer tour for 2010. He is also trekking around on the Film Festival circuit with John and Craig promoting “ACTION JUNKIES”, writing more screenplays and prepping for the upcoming film “ACTION JUNKIES 2”. As part of the Knight Vision Films family, Deeds is a key player in our group. We look forward to many future projects with him in the future.
